The local planning authority for our Parish is Broxtowe Borough Council.

The Parish Council is consulted on all local planning applications and these are normally considered at Parish Council meetings.

Broxtowe Borough Council issues weekly lists of applications received and applications determined. For your convenience we endeavour to make these lists available on our site (see below) although the Parish Council and it’s agents/contractors accept no liability for the completeness of these lists nor do they warrant that they are the latest available lists.
